August 2017: Here are some pics from the hot start to Book Week. Thank you to Karen, Amy, Cheryl and Janice for having me visit their preschools – fun was had by all!

Thank you to John and Morgan for having Ori and I at their libraries, Kogarah and Hurstville, this week. And thank you to all the great kids who came to participate. I’m looking forward to Book Week and getting out to all those preschools and centres who have invited me for a visit. Good on you for promoting a passion for reading and books in your young students!

Friday 4 Aug 2017: The new book arrived this week – Ori’s Christmas. I will be posting a book tour schedule up on this blog late Aug/early Sept for its Oct release. Keep on eye on my website for monthly videos and more free activities.


Thursday 3 August 2017: Hello from Ori and I! Join us for our next reading at Hurstville library on Thursday 10 Aug at 9.45am and then on Friday 11 Aug at Kogarah library at 10.30am. Look forward to seeing you there! You can take a sneak peek at my new Ori book Ori’s Christmas.








Sunday 23 July 2017: Thank you to Trish from Dymocks Penrith for having me over yesterday to do an author event. Here are some pics from my visit yesterday, I hope to return with my Christmas book!

Sunday 9 July 2017: Here are some pictures of my event yesterday at Sydney Dymocks. Thank you to Sam for organising and Brooke for having me there. And thank you to those who came to participate – it was really fun! I hope to see some of you at my next event at Penrith Dymocks on Saturday 22nd July at 11am.


Wednesday 5 July 2017: Only two days to go now till my event at Sydney Dymocks. For those who did see the event clip in the Central Sydney newspaper today, the time of the event is 10.30am. Hope to see you there!


Tuesday 20 June 2017: Thank you to Zoey, Annette and the other lovely ladies who made me feel so welcome today at Mt Colah Preschool. A great bunch of kids too who helped me sing, read, tell stories, dance and do drawing and craft. 

Monday 19th June 2017: Below are the details of my reading at Dymocks in Sydney on Saturday 8th July. If you have little ones for the school holidays this is perfect! Join me for an hour of singing, reading, telling stories, dancing and colouring in!

Thursday 15 June 2017: Today was my last library reading in a while. Ori and I went to Malabar Community Library at Matraville. Here is a little Princess who came to help me read. Thank you to Jill for making me so welcome today and to Miranda for organising these last three readings. Come and watch Ori and I next at Dymocks in Sydney on Saturday 8 July at 10.30am!

Wednesday 14 June 2017: Today Ori and I were at Lionel Bowen Library in Maroubra. Here are two little readers who were really great at the actions in the book – well done! Thank you to Vicki for having us over today and yesterday at Randwick. Tomorrow is my last reading in a while. I’ll be at Malabar Community Library in Matraville at 10.30am.

Tuesday 13 June: Here I am with two little readers, Beni and Yoni at Margaret Martin Library at Randwick today. Thank you for coming to see me boys and a thanks to all of the kids and parents who came – it was a great crowd. Tomorrow I’m at Lionel Bowen Library in Maroubra.

Friday 9 June 2017: Today Ori and I were at Parramatta! Thank you to Snjezana, Dienie and Maria (and the absent and busy Amanda) for having us there. Here are two little readers who came to help us read, sing and dance. Next Tuesday come see us at Margaret Martin Library in Randwick.

Thursday 8 June 2017:  A big thank you to Kerrie, Jill and Chris for having Ori and I at Lane Cove Library today, we had a ball! Here is one of the little Princesses who came to listen, sing and dance with us xx  Join me and Ori tomorrow at Parramatta Library at 10.30am.

Wednesday 7 June 2017: Phew! I have been as busy as Ori. A big thank you yesterday to Alicia for having me read at Waverley library. The week before that I read at Chatswood library. Thank you to Barbara for her warm welcome. Join Ori and I tomorrow at Lane Cove Library for World Oceans Day, then on Friday 9th June at Parramatta Library. 

Thursday 25 May 2017: A big thank you to Simin from Barry O’Keefe Library Mosman for having me and Ori over again today for Library and Information week.  Here are a couple of photos from my Tuesday visit. We look forward to returning to Barry O’Keefe Library later in the year with my new book Ori’s Christmas. My next readings are at Chatswood on Wed 31 May and Thursday 1 June. After my reading on Wednesday I will be at Dymocks Chatswood Westfield. Come and get your book signed, take a photo with Ori and pick up a free activity sheet!

Tuesday 23 May 2017: Ori and I had a really fun time reading, singing and telling stories at Barry O’Keefe Library at Mosman today. What a great crowd! Thank you to everyone for coming. We look forward to another reading there this Thursday 25 May.

Wednesday 17 May: Today I thoroughly enjoyed my author visit to a great preschool; Your Kids Our Kids at Chipping Norton and Moorebank. Thank you to Eddie and his wonderful staff and of course thank  you to all the great kids who got so involved and enjoyed the session!

Wednesday 17 May: A big thank you to Yasmin from Stanton Library at North Sydney, for having me over to read to all the great children yesterday at their story time session. Next week Ori and I are at Barry O’Keefe library in Mosman on Tuesday 23 May and Thursday 25 May at 10.30am. Hope to see you there!

Thurs 11 May – Ori and I read at Carnes Hill Library yesterday – what a magnificent new facility! Thank you to Wendy, Lorraine and Elizabeth for making us feel so welcome. This was our last library reading for the Liverpool group of libraries – thank you Liverpool! Below are some pictures of some of the great girls and boys who came to listen. Thank you everyone xx

Ori and I made it out to Miller Library today. Thank you to the three Kindy classes from Sadleir PS who came to listen, great work kids! Also thank you to Annabelle and Ewa from the library. Our last reading in the Liverpool area is on Wednesday at Carnes Hill Library at 10.30am, hope to see you there!

Friday 5th May – Ori and I were at Green Valley Library today. Thank you to Ewa, Nawal and Dot for making us feel welcome! And thank you to the great crowd who attended today, you were all very helpful to Ori with your excellent cake mixing and baby cuddling!

My next reading is on Monday at Miller Library at 10.30am, see you there!

It was great fun today, reading, singing and telling stories at Casula library. Thank you to Adam, Gaby and Andrea who were so welcoming. And thank you to all the children who participated in my stories – great job everyone!
